Take a Gander
Sometimes when driving back home with your family on Thanksgiving, you catch the light just right, see the shot, slam on your brakes, verify the shot, go up the hill, make sure there's no oncoming traffic, u-turn, go back up the other side, park, unbury your gear, don't crush the macaroni and cheese, look both ways for cars (safety first,) run back down the road, walk into the ditch, grab the shot, scare the geese, then run back to the car and say thank you to your wife for being amazingly patient because this happens almost every time we're on a roadtrip.
